Precoat filter
For all coolants straight oil or synthetic, this technology produces very pure oil with an extremely low powder consumption a degree of filtration up to 2µ is obtainable, depending on the type powder used.
It can be applied to the following operations: honing, grinding, roller burnishing, rolling lamination and any other operation requiring a very high filtration quality (test benches for example).
Can also be combined with:
- Magnetic pre-separation, or settling tank
- A sludge drying station
Ecofluide also designs and install distribution and return piping network with or without pumpback tanks on the production line machines.
This technology is reliable in operation and requires little maintenance.
